Tharavadu, which means family house in local language, Heritage Home is a 120 years old Traditional Kerala Syrian Christian family house, located near the river bank. The recently renovated house is surrounded with small rivers and natural beauty. The promoters are keen to offer nature oriented services and a big NO to plastics in this environment friendly villa, near well known tourist spots like munnar, thekkady and 150 km from kovalam. Our facilities includes more than 120 years old traditional Kerala house, located near the river bank having ample land with small rivers and Natural beauty, located just opposite of Govt. Boat Jetty, can have boating from our place itself, fishing rods and other facilities can be arranged, vegetarian and Non vegetarian food can be served on order, body massage can be arranged on prior request, ample car parking space and TV, intercom and hot water. Group accomodation facilities Rs.400/- per person in non ac room on sharing basis with breakfast 12 to 40 pax as well as 20 to 60 pax can be arranged on triple sharing basis @ 350/ person including breakfast.
